Crede Brut 2015 from Bisol: A rich and fine Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superioire
Crede Brut from Bisol is a sparkling wine produced in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore appellation. Planted 250 meters above sea level, the vineyard has soil that are clay based with a bed of sandstone (crede). In general, the harvest takes place at the end of September. Crede Brut 2015 from Bisol is a blend of 85% Glera, 10% Pinot Bianco and 5% Verdiso.
Bisol's Crede Brut 2015 has a bright yellow colour with greenish highlights, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose has developed aromas of wild flowers combining intensity, freshness and elegance. There are also subtle notes of fruitiness. The wine is extremely fruity in the mouth, with apple and pear flavours. Crede Brut 2015 is rich and displays great finesse.
This tasting note will evolve over time, naturally, just like the wine.
