The Allegrini family has been established in Fumane, in the Valpolicella region, since the 16th century and is now the largest producer in the appellation and one of the most prestigious Italian references in the world.

Even though various generations of the family have succeeded one another, it was with Giovanni Allegrini that the adventure took a decisive turn. The Allegrini estate is now in the hands of Francesco, Matteo, Giovanni, and Silvia Allegrini.

The Allegrini family is at the head of a vineyard of more than 100 hectares spread across the great terroirs of Valpolicella, Italy, and includes emblematic vintages such as "La Grola," "Palazzo della Torre" and "La Poja." The traditional grape varieties emblematic of Valpolicella, such as Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Corvinone, are planted with the aim of producing great terroir wines with a strong identity.

The Allegrini family's unique know-how, handed down from generation to generation, and their perfect mastery of Appassimento (passerillage) have resulted in legendary Amarone wines with a style that combines tradition and innovation.
