Description
2010 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé from Bordeaux.
The Chateau Fombrauge is one of the oldest Saint-Emilion vineyard, located on a 52 hectares surface area. The 2010 Chateau Fombrauge is 80% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.
This 2010 Saint-Emilion exhibits a purple-tinted dark red colour, obtained thanks to the late harvest of the grapes. On the nose, it is fruity and reveals grilled notes. On the palate, the 2010 Chateau Fombrauge offers fresh blueberry, red and black currants, and graphite shaving notes. The finish is creamy and delicious.
