Description
Ayala crafts a precise and gourmet Brut Champagne
The estate
In 1855, Edmond de Ayala traveled to Champagne and, in 1860 with his wife, founded the Champagne Ayala House. Remaining family-run, the Ayala house places passion and quality at the heart of its ambitions, with the goal of producing pure, elegant, and refined champagnes. Ayala's cuvées are naturally enjoyed, with no dosage. Ayala was the official supplier to the English Crown. In 2005, Ayala was taken over by the family-owned company Jacques Bollinger.
The wine
Sourced from the finest crus of Champagne, Ayala’s Brut Nature is the perfect expression of the house’s authentic and distinctive savoir-faire.
Winemaking and aging
Precise and of great purity, this cuvée undergoes nearly 4 years of aging on lees. This cuvée is non-dosé.
Blend
Chardonnay (45%)
Pinot Noir (35%)
Pinot Meunier (20%).
