For over 12 generations, Maison Trimbach has been an iconic reference among the finest Alsace wines. Maison Trimbach tends to a 50-hectare vineyard that spreads over more than 50 plots and 9 villages.

The vineyard

The Riesling "Clos Sainte Hune" 2016 by Maison Trimbach is an Alsace wine made from a vineyard of 1.67 hectares located on the Grand Cru Rosacker in Hunawihr. The name of this wine refers to the eponymous Clos which has belonged to the Trimbach family for over two hundred years. The vines, which are over fifty years old, are exposed to the south and south-east and lie on limestone soils. They give rise to an exceptional white wine, produced in limited quantities and recognised beyond the borders for its quality.
