The estate

A historic name in southern Burgundy, Château Fuissé has belonged to the Vincent family for 5 generations. Since 2003 oenologist Antoine Vincent has been managing the family estate.

The vineyard

This cuvée is a Pouilly-Fuissé wine that stems from the "Les Combettes" plot of 1.3 hectares in a little valley at the extreme south of the "Côte de Fuissé ." This land is characterised by the presence of stony and limestone well-drained soils.

Winemaking and ageing

The Pouilly-Fuissé Village "Les Combettes" is vinified in oak casks of 3 to 5 years.
