The Deutz Brut Classic perfectly illustrates the elegant and harmonious style that characterizes this Champagne House. Of a bright golden dress, it displays a lace of fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose appears sweet aromas of acacia flowers, sweets, pippin apple or brioche bread. On the palate, the texture of this wine is silky, with a nice balance between freshness, fruitiness and density. Without a doubt, this is a real moment of elegance and lusciousness offered to your palate.

Wine Advocate-Parker : The NV Brut Classic (Lot LB117D00417 16 is based on vintage 2013 and includes 32% reserve wines) has a clear but rather simple bouquet that shows green walnut, salty licorice and ripe pear aromas. Fruity, quite sweet and round on the palate, with vineyard peach flavors, this is a mouthful of fruity yet rather loud Champagne. The Brut Classic blends 28% Chardonnay with 42% Pinot Noir and 30% Meunier and was aged on the lees in bottle for 30 months. My sample was disgorged on January 4, 2017, with a dosage of ten grams per liter.
