Floral on the nose, offering a firm bead and flavors of yellow pear, salted almond, lemon oil and dried herbs. Racy, with a bitter, cleaning edge to the mandarin orange pith that shows on the finish. Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Drink now. 5,400 cases made, 465 cases imported.

An impressive three-way blend, this Champagne has 30% of wine from 2020 vintage and 70% reserve wines. That gives depth and richness shown in the floral aroma and dense texture. Apples vie with ripe pink grapefruit, textured and mineral. Drink the wine now. Organic.

The NV Extra Brut Réserve de la Terre blends 34% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Meunier and 22% Pinot Noir, based 70% on the 2020 vintage with 15% each from 2018 and 2019. A bright, fresh, but ultimately shy nose offers gentle lemon. The palate is very light and bright, carried by frothy mousse that transports freshness with a salty, gentle touch.
