Description
The Maison Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray a Blanc de blancs champagne. The vineyard has had a plot of 0.08 hectares of Chardonnay on an area of 1 hectare since 1960. The soil is composed of clay mixed with pebbles on a layer of Campanian chalk.
At tasting, Maison Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray 2005 has a fresh, complex nose with aromas of brioche, vanilla and lemon. On the palate, it is rich and complex, offering an explosion of freshness. This mineral champagne has a rather saline finish and a persistent length. This is an expressive champagne with a great character.
