Description
The 2004 Brut Assemblage from Bruno Paillard offers an amber-yellow color and a brilliant effervescence. The nose of this Champagne gives off soft fruit notes: blackcurrant, wild blackberry, cherry and fresh pressed citrus fruits. Aeration reveals warm frangrances of biscuits, acacia honey and quince jelly. To the palate, Brut Assemblage 2004 is harmonious with festive and delicate sparkles. The quince zest finish is subtle and long.
