A wonderfully spicy and complex blanc de blancs that has aromas and flavors of dried and candied citrus, stem ginger, brioche and white chocolate. Just a touch of earthiness developing. The bubbles are lively and expansive. Long, intense finish. Dosage 2g/L. Drink or hold.

Le Figaro Vin

On the nose, wafts of Corinth raisins, with layers of rich, exotic flavors, even creamy, floral notes. A few very noble reductive notes come through. The mousse has a lovely creaminess; it’s refined and opulent, with aromas of apricots roasted with rosemary in salted butter, followed by smoky notes and fine bitterness on the finish.
