The estate

French Bloom was born in 2019 from the friendship between Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, two women determined to create a festive alcohol-free beverage. They founded the brand to offer an alcohol-free sparkling wine, certified organic. The name "French Bloom" reflects French heritage and innovation. The brand's development was supported by experts from the wine industry, establishing French Bloom as a benchmark for alcohol-free sparkling wine.

Innovative winemaking

Crafted from Languedoc vineyards, this cuvée is the result of a blend of dealcoholised Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, organic grape juice, enhanced with natural lemon aromas. Dealcoholisation preserves the wine's aromas and structure, offering a high-quality alcohol-free alternative.
