Highly elegant, the nose releases notes of grapefruit and vanilla.

Bresse poultry with a mushroom cream sauce, charcoal-grilled aubergines or a buckwheat risotto with candied lemon and Parmesan are refined pairings with this cuvée.
The freshness and precision of an alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs
The estate
French Bloom was born in 2019 from the friendship between Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, two women determined to create a festive alcohol-free beverage. They founded the brand to offer an alcohol-free sparkling wine, certified organic. The name "French Bloom" reflects French heritage and innovation. The brand's development has been supported by experts from the wine industry, establishing French Bloom as a benchmark for alcohol-free sparkling wine.
The vineyard
This Cuvée Vintage Blanc de Blancs 2023 is crafted from old Chardonnay vines grown on the heights of the Limoux valley. These organically farmed vineyards benefit from an exceptional terroir with optimal exposure and varied soils that contribute to the aromatic richness of the wines produced. The harvest is carried out two weeks earlier than planned to preserve the freshness and acidity of the grapes.
The vintage
The 2023 vintage was marked by a particularly dry winter and spring, resulting in a significant water deficit. This weather pattern was offset by welcome rainfall in May and June. The harvest revealed expressive, delicate juices of great quality.
Winemaking and aging
Aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
Grape variety
Chardonnay (100%).
