An exceptional Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Estèphe

A Third Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Estèphe, Château Calon Ségur has produced a magnificent 2018 vintage.

Located on the left bank of Bordeaux, Château Calon Ségur is one of the most beautiful references of the Saint-Estèphe appellation. The estate expands over a magnificent 50-hectare vineyard planted on great gravel terroirs, which date back to the Quaternary period, as well as clay.

The Château Calon Ségur 2018 blends Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), complemented by Merlot (17%), Cabernet Franc (15%) and Petit Verdot (3%). The Grand Vin is a real gem from Saint-Estèphe, aged for 20 months in oak barrels (100% new oak).
