2012 Saint-Emilion
Chateau Brun is a Cabernet Franc and Merlot blend from the Saint-Emilion appellation. The 2012 vintage reveals an intense, violet-tinted carmine-red colour. The first nose is slightly reserved, a sign that fruit scents will prevail after ageing. Aeration brings out ripe fruits and delicate wooded notes. The palate is creamy, with really vibrant tannins. This 2012 Chateau Brun carries pleasant strength and a finish marked by persistent, fresh aromas.
