The wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months, in oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
The 2015 vintage of the Chablis Grand Cru "Les Blanchots" by Domaine Laroche offers a serious structure of acidity. It is a fine and balanced wine, with a palate that is chiseled, light and rich in white flower aromas. A wine that perfectly combines acidity and concentration.
