2011 Margaux Cru Bourgeois
Chateau La Tour de Mons wines received the prestigious rank of Cru Bourgeois in 1866. The single-owned vineyard covers 58 hectares in northern Margaux appellation area. The 2001 vintage is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot.
The deep garnet-tinted hued wine reveals lovely aromas. The palate is full and rich, with extremely delicate tannic structure from perfectly matured Cabernets Sauvignons (45% of the blend).
