Description

A full-bodied and refined Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The estate
Located on the Right Bank of the Bordeaux region, the Château La Fleur is a beautiful estate classified as a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation belonging to the Dassault family. Château La Fleur offers wines that reflect the typical expression of the great terroirs of Saint-Émilion.

The vineyard
Château La Fleur benefits from an exceptional vineyard, covering 16.39 hectares in production on the northern plateau of Saint-Émilion. The vines, averaging 37 years old, are planted on clay-limestone soils.

Winemaking and aging
Parcel-by-parcel vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged in barrels for 15 to 16 months, 75% new and 25% once-used.

Blend
This Château La Fleur 2016 is the result of a blend of Merlot (77%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (3%).
