Description
The typicality of a red Grand Vin from Saint-Estèphe
Produced in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, the Château Capbern 2018 displays all the typicity of a great Médoc red wine on the left bank of Bordeaux.
With an estate extending over 38 hectares of vines, Château Capbern boasts an exceptional terroir of gravelly sand, gravel-clay and limestone soils.
The Saint-Estèphe Grand Vin red Château Capbern 2018 blends Cabernet Sauvignon (62%), Merlot (37%) and Petit Verdot (1%). The vintage is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels (60%) and barrels of one previous wine (40%).
