A sensual red wine from Côtes de Castillon
Château Cadet is produced on an area of 18 hectares in the Côtes de Castillon appellation. The blend is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.
The Château Cadet 2005 offers an intense and brilliant ruby colour. On the nose, there are red and black fruit. On the palate, this wine offers a bold, greedy attack. The tannins are nice and the wine has a lovely length. The finish reveals a sensual and lively vintage.
