Description
A Powerful and Fruity 1er Cru from Beaune
Produced by the renowned Remoissenet Père & Fils estate, the Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2016 is from a truly emblematic climat of Burgundy. "Les Teurons" is located in the center of the municipality of Beaune and extends over 21.04 hectares.
This exceptional climat, famous for its Pinot Noir, separates the 1er crus of the north from those of the south.
Produced in very limited quantities (only 3,600 bottles for the 2016 vintage), the Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2016 is vinified in traditional oak vats over a period of 3 weeks. The wine was bottled in March 2018 after 18 months of maturation.
Among the most powerful 1st Crus from Beaune, the Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2016 promises an excellent potential for age. With its beautifully fruity profile and tannic structure, the Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2016 will reveal the full extent of its personality only after some time spent developing in the bottle. A great Beaune 1er Cru, which will survive through several decades (around 30 years from 2018).
