Château Picque Caillou

Chateau Picque Caillou's was constructed on the estate in 1756 and has been owned by the Calvet since 1997. The 21 hectare vineyard is well situated on Günz era gravel soil. The vineyards are almost entirely dedicated to the production of red wines (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) with only one hectare dedicated to white wine. Every year the owners craft wines that emphasize elegance and purity.
