M 2016 (rose) from Minuty: A well-balanced Côtes de Provence
Rose wine produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation, M 2016 (rose) is a cuvee planted on the best terroirs of the property. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats at 15°C before being filtered slightly preceding the bottling process. Minuty's M 2016 (rose) is composed of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.
M 2016 (rose) from Minuty has a beautiful, clear pink colour. The nose is intense and has gourmet fragrances of candied fruits (orange peels) and red fruits (gooseberries). The wine is well-balanced in the mouth and has a beautiful acidity.
