A Fine, Fresh Chambertin Grand Cru Red Wine
The Chambertin Grand Cru de la Maison Louis Latour is a single varietal red wine from Pinot Noir grapes produced in the Chambertin Grand Cru appellation. The average age of the vines are 35-years-old on average and cover 0.81 hectares. The vines are in chalky soils with a clay and gravel subsoil from the Bajocian era.
At tasting, the 2015 Chambertin Grand Cru 2015 de la Maison Louis Latour has a dark ruby colour. On the nose, there are subtle and elegant aromas of cassis with undertones of coffee. The palate reveals touches of raspberry flavours and silky tannins. It is a fine, fresh and beautifully crafted wine.
