At the tasting, this exceptional Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2003 from Louis Latour offers a splendid, bright golden colour in the glass. The nose delivers sublime aromas of honey, vanilla and hazelnuts. On the palate, this noble white wine expresses a great minerality. We note a superb edginess, while being very round, generous and fleshy. A suite of nuanced flavours reveal themselves, including fruit, spices, woody flavours and touches of hazelnuts and vanilla.
