Tasted just before bottling. Tight due to its recent filtration, but you still get the lovely white fruit of Blanchots, with extra purity compared to the other Blanchots and a nicely energetic finish. As for the salinity, it will need to be revisited in a few years.

A pronounced limestone brightness. The wine offers greater density and depth of flavor compared to the estate’s other cuvées. Here, the power of the terroir matches the finesse of the fruit. A great wine with a promising future.

Shows vanilla and pastry notes that frame a core of peach, yellow plum and lemon flavors. Reveals a buried mineral element, while youthful power disrupts the balance for now. Offers fine length. Best from 2025 through 2033. 290 cases made, 88 cases imported.
