The estate
A key player in the Chablis scene, Domaine Laroche has roots in a thousand-year history that began in the 9th century. Since 2009, it has been part of the Advini group, which perpetuates its legacy by cultivating a style that combines precision, purity of expression, and elegance. The wines of the estate faithfully embody the diversity of the Chablis climates, revealing all their aromatic complexity.

The vineyard
The estate now extends over 90 hectares exclusively dedicated to the production of Premier and Grand Crus from Chablis. Cultivated according to the principles of agroecological viticulture, this exceptional vineyard reflects Domaine Laroche's commitment to sustainable viticulture that respects its environment.

The wine
The Chablis 1er Cru "Les Beauroys" cuvée comes from a 3.41-hectare plot planted with vines about 30 years old. Located on a south to southeast-facing slope, the vineyard rests on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, characteristic of the region. This terroir gives the wine its lively structure, distinctive minerality, and broad aromatic palette.

Vinification and aging
After careful harvesting, the whole clusters are directly pressed in a pneumatic press, thus preserving the purity of the fruit. From fermentation, the juices are divided between oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The aging, where new wood is used sparingly, allows the wine to be structured while preserving freshness, balance, and complexity.
