The 2011 Beaune Greves Premier Cru from Domaine Jaques Prieur is aged in barrel for 19 months. With a robe between ruby and purple, the violet reflections announce the wonderful structure of this wine. The aromatic bouquet is fresh and fruity, particularly red fruit and cherries. One perceives a wonderful evolution from slightly spicy to toasty notes. The palate is savory with lovely fruit over fresh tannins.
