The estate
Founded in 1885 by the Boillot family, Domaine Henri Boillot develops Burgundy wines which, through their finesse and aromatic richness, are recognised by the greatest critics.
The vineyard
Located in Volnay and at the origin of great Burgundy wines, Domaine Henri Boillot oversees a 19 hectare vineyard spread across the prestigious appellations of the Côte de Beaune.
The wine
"Les Santenots" is a Premier cru Volnay wine that stems from a vineyard of 60 ares in the heart of the "les Santenots" plot. These 75-year-old vines rest on a clay-limestone soil.

Ageing in casks, of which 50% were new.
