The Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Perdrix of Domaine des Perdrix is a Pinot Noir red wine produced in the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru appellation. This quasi-monopoly of 3.45 hectares (99% of the parcels owned by the Domaine des Perdrix) is planted on clay-limestone soils predominantly of clay. The ageing of the wine is carried out for 15 months on average in oak barrels.

With its dark garnet colour, the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Perdrix 2016 of the Domaine des Perdrix reveals fragrances of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry). On the palate, Aux Perdrix 2016 of Domaine des Perdix is rich, long and of formidable balance.
