The Grand Vin of the First Classified Growth Château La Tour Blanche, the Château La Tour Blanche 2018 presents all the characteristics typical of a great Sauternes.
Located south of Bordeaux, the Château La Tour Blanche estate includes an exceptional vineyard, planted in gravel soil upon clay-limestone subsoils. The exceptional wines of Sauternes combine the three flagship varieties of the appellation: Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. The fruit is harvested only after the noble rot has done its job, and harvest is carried out in 4 to 6 successive pickings.
The Château La Tour Blanche 2018 is a result of rigorous selection of the finest grapes. Produced in the signature style of the property, the Château La Tour Blanche 2018 displays a beautiful aromatic complexity on a powerful palate, which is very fresh and beautifully balanced.
