The limestones of this lieu-dit express themselves through a wild aromatic restraint. It was well matured in the cellar by the winemaker, yet the terroir takes precedence over the varietal character of the grape, with a incisive palate of great finesse. It leaves a magnificent chalky length.

This sophisticated, ripe wine comes from a high elevation, well-exposed vineyard. Generous and full, the wine has light tannins and spice from wood aging. The structure and black fruits are rich and fully mature, although there is also potential for further aging. Organic and biodynamic.
