Acquired in 1830 and cultivated since 1837 by the Tasca d'Almerita family, the tenuta Regaleali is the cradle of the Tasca adventure. Paying rigorous attention the management of their vineyard, which is made up of Italian and international grape varieties, the Tasca Conti d'Almerita - Tenuta Regaleali produces fine Italian wines renowned for their quality, aromatic richness and refinement.
Tenuta Regaleali watches over a 382-hectare vineyard that are perched on 6 hills. Situated between 450 and 850 metres above sea level, the vines rest on a patchwork of soils, giving this terroir its unique character.
Lamùri Nero d'Avola 2019 by the Tasca Conti d'Almerita - Tenuta Regaleali estate derives its name from the term "L'amore". Thus, this wine pays tribute to the love that the team brings to the elaboration of each wine from the estate. This Sicilian wine is the fruit of a meticulous selection of vineyards, located between 450 and 750 metres above sea level.
The vinification and ageing
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration for about 12 days. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (Allier and Tronçais) as well as in 225 litre barrels (20% new oak and 80% second and third-fill wines).
