Penfolds presents its cuvee
Grange 2006, produced only out of South Australian
Syrah. This is one of the oldest and most famous wines of this Estate, which is now recognized as part of the Heritage Icons of South Australia. The Grange 2006 is adorned with and intense and very dark red dress with tile-red glints. the nose reveals aromas of spices, such as cinnamon, vanilla and black pepper, with notes od amaretto, olive or licorice. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced. Its body is velvety although its tannis structure remains fairly firm. The Grange 2006 coats the palate with flavours of chocolate, fruits and a hint of menthol in the final.
