Tasting
Appearance
This wine displays a deep, intense garnet color.

Palate
The palate charms with its freshness, volume, and roundness. The fine, silky tannins are complemented by subtle toasted nuances. The finish is impressively long and lingering.

Vineyard
Since the 12th century, Clos Vougeot, once the property of the Cistercian monks of Cîteaux, has been dedicated to viticulture. Today, Clos Vougeot wines represent the largest Grand Cru appellation in Burgundy, with 52 hectares of vines and 80 different owners.
Vinification and ageing
100% malolactic fermentation in open vats, followed by ageing in new French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
