Deeper and darker in aroma and flavour here, with freshly picked blackberries, bramble and plums. There's a sage and minty note. The palate is plush with ripe plums and black cherries, alive and powerful, spicy and slick. Some clove and cinnamon spice. Moderate acidity but lots of flavour.
