La Chablisienne : Chablis 1er cru "Beauroy" 2019

The 2019 Chablis Beauroy 1er Cru has a finely tuned bouquet of citrus fruit, crushed limestone and subtle white-peach notes, all very comely. The palate is well balanced, with a fine thread of acidity and good concentration. This is quite weighty for a Beauroy and, as such, it just misses a little tension and precision on the finish.
