This wine gives you the best of two worlds. Pleasing herbal aromas kick off the nose including field grass, dried red cherry and red raspberry. Steely in texture, the palate brings along reserved red fruit that is supported by a lifting, snappy layer of acidity.

Such a fresh, pure and succulent rosé made of cinsault, grenache noir, syrah, mourvedre and viognier. It’s precise, seamlessly textured and vivid at its core. It reveals aromas of apples, preserved pears, wild herbs, hints of cedar and some raw almonds too. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. It’s saline on the palate with a precise energetic finish and length. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
