Founded in 1885 by the Boillot family, Domaine Henri Boillot crafts Burgundy wines whose finesse and aromatic richness have earned recognition from the most renowned critics.

The vineyard

Nestled in the heart of the southern Côte de Beaune, this estate, well known to wine lovers, covers 19 hectares. Since 1885, the property has showcased a remarkable range of prestigious crus such as Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Clos de La Mouchère” and Volnay 1er Cru “Les Chevrets”. These exceptional wines, at once distinguished, powerful and harmonious, rank among the finest wines of Burgundy. 

Winemaking and ageing

20% of the wine is aged in new 350L barrels for 10 months.
