The estate
Named Best Young Sommelier of France at 21 years old, Hervé Bizeul fell in love with the enchanting landscapes of the Vingrau circus, at the foot of the Pyrénées-Orientales, in Roussillon. A restaurateur, writer, and passionate about vineyards, he founded the Domaine du Clos des Fées in 1997, alongside his wife. Over the vintages, this estate has established itself as an essential reference of the Roussillon vineyard. Faithful to their exceptional terroir, its cuvées stand out for their intensity, their balance, and their great aging potential.
The vineyard
The Les Sorcières cuvée from the Domaine du Clos des Fées is a Côtes du Roussillon wine made from young syrah vines (less than 25 years old) as well as a selection of grenache and carignan from 40 to 80 years old, planted on clay-limestone soils.

The 2021 Les Sorcières cuvée from the Domaine du Clos des Fées is the result of a blend of syrah, grenache, and carignan.
