With its pronounced copper tinge, you could almost drink this as a rosé! However, this is no quaffing wine for the terrace, but a complex, pretty dry pinot gris with a lot of toasty, raisin-bread, dried-pear and ripe-melon aromas. At once rich and full-bodied, yet also very clean and surprisingly delicate at the long finish. An impressive achievement for the very warm vintage. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
