Provence - Cotes de Provence - White - 13° Château Sainte Roseline Château Sainte Roseline 2009 F236/09

Cuvée la Chapelle de Sainte Roseline blanc 2009 from Château Sainte Roseline : a Côtes de Provence wine of great compexity

The Cuvée la Chapelle de Sainte Roseline blanc from château Sainte Roseline is a white wine exclusively made of Rolle, produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The vineyard is located on the best plots of the property and the vines are grown in a way that preserves the environment. The alcoholic fermentation of the wine is carried out two-thirds in wooden vats and one-third in barrels of one previous wine. Cuvée la Chapelle de Sainte Roseline is aged on fine lees for 10 months with stirring.

At tasting, the Cuvée la Chapelle de Sainte Roseline Blanc 2009 of château Sainte Roseline presents a clear and bright colour. Fine and complex, the nose develops citrus fragrances. The palate, as an extension of the nose, also reveals itself to be complex, offering a fresh, fine and fruity flavour.

This comment will be called into question over time, depending on the evolution of the wine in the bottle.
