Château Palmer 1998

Thanks to a beautiful weather (a very hot summer, particularly dry in August) followed by a more technical harvesting period, the chateau Palmer managed to develop a vintage that is rich in maturity and polyphenols. Very merlot in style - this vintage was more favorable to this grape variety - the Cabernets of the Estate are not to blame either. The colour is of an intense ruby red. Very aromatic at this stage and displaying scents of plum, blackcurrant, sage, the bouquet of the chateau Palmer 1998 seduces us with its straightforwardness. On the palate at first it appears to be fresh with a great elegance, on a fame of a subtleß finesse. This Margaux is luscious and expressive, in great form without having uncovered all his secrets yet. Ideal now, it will still please you until 2017.
