The wine-growing region
This Le Pas du Moine Blanc cuvée is a wine from Côtes de Provence, sourced from vineyards planted on red clay and limestone soils. Its name refers to the path the monks took to reach the Croix de Provence.
Vinification and aging
Harvested at night, the grapes undergo direct pressing. Vinification takes place in concrete tanks, followed by aging for 2 to 4 months in the same vessel.
Blend
Vermentino and Ugni Blanc.
