Deutz : Brut Rosé

A Rosé that's delicious and assertive. Firm, well structured and showing good Pinot Noir flavors of cherry and strawberry, with hints of spice for seasoning.

The NV Brut Rosé is fabulous. A sweet, open bouquet leads to expressive fruit in this rich, textured wine. The Deutz Rosé is a serious wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it also has more than enough power in reserve to drink well at the dinner table. Medium salmon red with copper-coloured reflections. Fine nose, underpinned by light cherries, raspberries and citrus confit, some pink cookie. Juicy, fresh core, harmonious acidity, fine mousse, with candied apple in the aftertaste, medium length. Balanced aperitif.

This brut rosé is particularly captivating, with its lovely cherry-stone character and its delicate, enveloping mousse. It is both vinous and very refined, with length, precision, and a truly high-quality bead.
