William Fèvre : Chablis Grand cru "Bougros" Domaine 2011

Pale, bright yellow-green. Expressive aromas and flavors of green melon, lemon and pineapple. Densely packed and juicy, offering a tactile texture and noteworthy volume without coming across as heavy. A very fruity, silky style of Chablis with emerging smoke and talc notes on the mounting finish.

Bright straw color with a green hue. Fine purity on the nose, chalky and nutty with young stone fruit, fresh pear, mouth watering and zesty with rounded texture and very long, fresh finish, highly potent.

Le bougres is a dense wine, quite distinctive, with a bit of tannin and some rather unusual aromas.
