An exceptional Cognac celebrating 300 years of heritage
The Estate
Since 1724, the House of Rémy Martin has been distinguished by its exceptional know-how in the creation of prestigious Cognacs. Located in the heart of the Cognac region, the House is famous for its Fine Champagne Cognacs, the result of a blend of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Rémy Martin has maintained and enriched its traditions thanks to an uninterrupted lineage of Cellar Masters. Baptiste Loiseau, the current Cellar Master, continues to embody this transmission of know-how, creating Cognacs of unrivaled quality.
The Vineyard
The Rémy Martin vineyard is located in Grande Champagne, a terroir renowned for the quality of its eaux-de-vie. The vines benefit from a unique limestone soil that confers finesse and exceptional aging potential to the Cognacs. Vineyard management respects the principles of sustainable agriculture, guaranteeing the preservation of this exceptional terroir.
An exceptional cuvée signed Rémy Martin
The 300th Anniversary Coupe celebrates three centuries of history. This precious blend comes from a reserve of eaux-de-vie enriched over the years by several generations of Cellar Masters, according to a creative process called "Perpetual Reserve". Thanks to the continuous preservation and enrichment of these precious eaux-de-vie, the reserve remains inexhaustible. For this exceptional Coupe, Baptiste Loiseau, Cellar Master since 2004, drew from the previous 290th Anniversary Coupe, itself enriched with eaux-de-vie from the 275th Anniversary Coupe. This sacred tradition symbolizes the legacy of know-how, transmitted from generation to generation by each Cellar Master.
Baptiste Loiseau thus extracted a small quantity of eaux-de-vie from the Perpetual Reserve, paying tribute to this age-old tradition. He enriched this reserve with new, harmonious and elegant eaux-de-vie, exclusively from Grande Champagne, to bring his own interpretation to this collective work.
To celebrate this exclusive edition, the bottle comes with a rare privilege: the first three buyers (between December 2 and 31, 2025) of the Coupe 300th Anniversary Limited Edition will be invited, each accompanied by a guest of their choice, to an exclusive dinner in the company of the Rémy Martin Brand Ambassador. This exceptional evening will be held at La Fontaine Gaillon restaurant in Paris, on January 21, 2026, with transport, accommodation and breakfast provided by the House.
Vinification and aging
The vinification and aging process of the 300th Anniversary Coupe follows rigorous traditional methods. The eaux-de-vie are aged in oak barrels, thus developing aromatic complexity and unique depth.
