PINK OCTOBER
Pink October is important both in France and abroad because breast cancer still affects many women. In France, 650,000 women are or have been affected by breast cancer. There are 54,000 new cases each year and approximately 12,000 women die from the disease. According to cancerdusein.org, it is estimated that one in eight women will be affected by breast cancer.
On the occasion of Pink October, the annual campaign dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer screening and supporting medical research, we have decided to join forces with Château Joanin Bécot for a solidarity initiative.
For every bottle of Château Joanin Bécot 2018 purchased, the estate undertakes to donate €2 to an association, and on our side, we donate our entire margin from this operation to the Bergonié Institute.

Château Joanin Bécot 2018
Presented in a personalized box, Château Joanin Bécot 2018, a reference of the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, charms with its refined balance and aromatic richness. Coming from a limestone-clay terroir with asteria and old 40-year-old vines (80% merlot, 20% cabernet franc), it reveals a silky texture, deep aromas of black fruits and spices, carried by superb freshness. The precision of manual harvesting and plot selection, combined with delicate punching down and long vatting, results in a pure and energetic expression. Tailor-made aging in barrels, vats, amphorae, and tuns refines its velvety tannins and length, for a modern, elegant, and intensely gourmet wine.
