Tasting notes

Its colour is yellow, elegantly golden, with green highlights.

The nose reveals white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear, white peach) and citrus (lemon), complemented by floral nuances (linden blossom) and blond notes (brioche and fresh walnuts).

The palate is flavourful and mellow. Combining generosity and subtlety, it is full and savoury, then crisp and delicately fresh (pip fruit), embodying the balance of this champagne.

Winemaking

Made from more than 200 different crus, including 20 to 30% reserve wines (aged one to three years) specially selected to perfect its consistency and balance, its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varieties that compose it:

  • The body of Pinot Noir: 30 to 40%
  • The suppleness of Meunier: 30 to 40%
  • The finesse of Chardonnay: 20 to 30%

Rosé Impérial Bow

Rosé Impérial is the most spontaneous expression of the Moët & Chandon style. Rosé Impérial embraces the full diversity of grape varieties and all the richness of Champagne's terroirs and harvests, revealing the complexity that defines it in its entirety.

Its fruitiness is intense, with a lively bouquet of small red summer fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), complemented by floral nuances (rose, hawthorn) and a peppery hint.

The palate is flavourful, combining intensity and roundness: fleshy and juicy at first, then firm (stone fruit), and finally subtly herbaceous (mint).
