A full and elegant Paso Robles wine
The estate
After spending 17 years in Bordeaux vineyards, Stephan Asseo set out to discover California. Indeed, Stephan Asseo founded his estate: L'Aventure Winery by establishing his vineyard on virgin land in the superb region of Paso Robles, between San Francisco and Los Angeles.
The vintage
The 2020 vintage was marked by strong heat, which caused the vineyards to grow prematurely. Although a heatwave was recorded at the beginning of September during the harvest, the rest of the grape harvest was carried out under pleasant weather conditions.
Vinification and ageing
Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 65% of which are new and 35% are second-fill barrels.

Syrah (58%)
Cabernet Sauvignon (31%)
Petit Verdot (11%).
